Executors / Estate Clients
Because Every Life Transition Deserves an Advocate You Can Trust.
Managing an estate comes with legal, emotional, and real estate responsibilities — and it helps to have a trusted professional on your side.
In addition to my Lifestyle55+ MASTERS seniors real estate training, I am also a Certified Executor Advisor (CEA®) allowing me to offer a unique perspective and service for my Estate clients.
When you’re named as the executor of an estate, you’re entrusted with more than paperwork. You’re managing a transition that touches family history, legal obligations, and often deep emotions not to mention the amount of time you will be investing. If real estate is involved, the process can feel even more daunting — especially when you’re unsure where to start.
I work with estate representatives, trustees, and families across Surrey, Coquitlam, Langley, White Rock, Delta, New Westminster, and Pitt Meadows, providing compassionate, knowledgeable real estate support through every step of the estate sale process… and don’t forget – chances are the estate will need to go through Probate first, we should already be committed to working together prior to probate submissions.
I understand how layered and emotional this process can be. That’s why I don’t just focus on the transaction – I focus on the people involved. With my background in seniors-focused real estate and estate support, I provide guidance that’s both compassionate and strategic.
You’ve been asked to carry out a final responsibility on someone’s behalf. I’m here to help you do it with dignity, care, and confidence — so you can focus on what matters most.
Whether you’re local or managing things from a distance, I offer:
Clear, professional property evaluations for legal or family purposes

Full coordination of home preparation and market readiness
Access to trusted local services (cleanouts, contractors, legal contacts)

Flexible solutions to respect sensitive timelines and family dynamics

A step-by-step approach that aligns with probate procedures and documentation needs
